Shipping & Refund Policy
DISCLAIMER:
As a small craft-based business, we create all our products with a large emphasis on quality and we also ensure that our products are packed with care for delivery. As such, we do not encounter many issues with shipping and don’t, typically, offer refunds or replacements on our products.
TERMS:
chrismissdesigns.com endeavours to deliver orders (with the exception of bulk orders) within 5-7 days of receipt of the order. Estimated shipping/delivery timelines depend on the pin code to which you want the product/s to be delivered and on the availability of the product. We cannot commit to an exact time and/or date of delivery, but we strive to ship orders out from our studio within 48 hours.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAY/CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel or delay your order due to internal issues arising out of inventory/quality or other external issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outage etc mentioned earlier. We will inform you of cancelation of your order within 48 hours of order placement and will refund the amount paid (including shipping cost) within 10 days of order placement.
TYPES OF SHIPPING:
We currently offer Standard Shipping via India Post, Shiprocket & Delhivery pan India.
All product/s will be delivered through the above-mentioned services and the delivery timelines and timings are subject to their Terms and Conditions.
A tracking number will be sent to your contact number once the product is shipped from our studio which you can then use on the pertinent courier website to track your shipment.
Shipping Charges: We charge a flat fee of Rs. 100 (+ GST) for shipping across India.
Notes:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide chrismissdesigns.com with a complete, correct shipping address and contact number while placing the order.
We currently do not undertake international deliveries.

Shipping/Delivery timelines may extend due to:

Bad weather, natural calamities

Other unforeseen events and extenuating circumstances

Locked premises

Wrong/Incomplete delivery address

Recipient not available

Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

Public/National Holidays, Second Saturdays and Sundays

Peak festival times
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS:
If product/s are suspected to be lost/missing during transit to you as per the courier tracking service, please try to escalate your issue with the courier company and if you still need help please write to us at chrismiss.designs@gmail.com with your order & tracking number within 48 hours and we will follow up with the courier service and try to help you resolve the issue.
Note: The order will not be considered late/missing/lost if there is no one available at the shipping address to receive the order at the time of delivery. In such situations, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be claimed by you and chrismissdesigns.com reserves the right to issue a refund.
In case the recipient is not available or if there are issues with locating the address, the courier company/delivery agent will contact you on the phone number provided and it is your responsibility to coordinate with them to ensure the product reaches you.
(i) All deliveries require the named person’s signature as per India Post/Courier partner’s guidelines.
SHIPPING INDEMNIFICATION:
The order will be deemed executed and delivered by chrismissdesigns.com in the following events:

Delivery not completed due to wrong/incomplete address

Recipient not available
-
Locked
-
Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting /not reachable
-
Recipient refused the products
-
Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood as per customer’s direction to the delivery executive
